Made from Raboso Piave grapes harvested by hand at the end of October and dried in crates for 45-50 days, it is a dessert wine of great structure. Its lively acidity balances the sweetness of residual sugars, creating an unconventional wine, ideal with afternoon pastries or as a meditation wine at the end of a meal.

ideal with long-aged cheeses such as aged or blue Montasio, excellent with dry pastries and traditional desserts such as frittelle and crostoli.
Serve at 14°C - 16°C
in large glasses to enhance its aromas of sour cherry, spices and dried fruit.
