One of the traditional wines of the Piave area. It has a distinctive sour cherry aroma and a slightly rustic character, rich in tannins. Our interpretation of Raboso has a lighter structure, a softer taste and a lively behaviour just after opening.

Food pairings: its tannins make it suitable for strong dishes such as cotechino, braised meats, sausages and boiled meats. Its low alcohol content also makes it pleasant outside meals, with appetizers, cheeses and cured meats.
