White Brut sparkling wine

The brand new product of Vigna Angri's wineyard. Made with Chardonnay's grapes, always grown in the our territory, it's an interesting option in the italian sparkling wine's world. Dry and lean, it's particularly refined in the perfume, with a superfine beading. The balance between savoriness and acidity, made the Cuvèe a gentle but set product.

For who loves sparkling wine, can really handle all the meal.
It's perfectly suited either as an appetizer either as a toast bottle. The flavour and the taste made the Cuvèe ideal for shellfish, mollusc and all kind of raw fish.
